Castle Precision Industries (CPI) is a world class manufacturing company specializing in precision machining of high-strength steels (4340, 300M), featuring 5-axis, 3-spindle gantries with numerous 4- and 5-axis supporting N/C equipment.  Although our primary products are landing gears, actuators, accessories and structural components, we machine any metal from bushing to wing-spar size.  We were founded in 1973 and are a small-business concern.  Our CAGE code is 9K006.

We are complemented by our complete overhaul division in Sylmar, California, operating under FAA Repair Station #CZKR066K, which supports the world’s airlines and military services through the repair and overhaul of landing gears, actuators, and accessories from small commuter aircraft to Boeing 747s.

We are supported by Crown Chrome Plating, our wholly-owned subsidiary, which has full capability to support CPI andl other aerospace companies. Crown has a full range of approvals including NADCAP and numerous customers.  Crown Discount Tools, our tooling subsidiary, supports Castle and other aerospace companies with cutting tools and accessories, specializing in Carboloy-Seco equipment.

CPI has all the necessary quality approvals including AS9100 accreditation in 2007 and Boeing D6-82479 in 2001.  We have the latest in computer design technology including CATIA, Vericut, Unigraphics, AutoCAD and Mastercam.  Our Made2Manage system gives us the latest in production and management controls and visibility. 

As shown by the above CPI is well positioned to be a valued supplier with our partner customers in the manufacture and overhaul of aircraft related products.

Castle provides all the extras such as design, test,  assembly, and detail packages that completely service our customers' various needs. We provide products and services to airframe manufacturers in all aircraft  categories and other manufacturers who need hydraulic and mechanical high strength parts.
