Castle Precision Industries’ goal of meeting customer expectations is attained through a Total Quality Management program (TQM), which provides tools for problem solving, continuous learning and more importantly, continuous quality improvements.

Castle Precision Industries’ TQM program continually improves the effectiveness of the quality management system through the use of quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions and management review. 

Manufacturing

CPI offers complete engineering and manufacturing including the manufacturing of complex assemblies including hydraulic actuators and landing gear, mechanical and structural assemblies.

MFG Engineering

A team of qualified professional engineers – covering a range of disciplines- is available to assist our customers with design, development, manufacturing and testing.

Product development: We have a proven track record in the development of landing gear and actuators for our customers.  Our engineering team has worked with many of our customers to help implement manufacturing changes in order to reduce cost and lead-time.

Structures: We specialize in the 3, 4, & 5 axis machining of structures that are used in many of today's aircraft.

CPI has over 30 years experience in the machining on the following materials aluminum alloys,steel, stainless steels, nickel aluminum bronze, and titanium alloys.
